Release Date: May 7, 2027, officially announced by Shigeru Miyamoto on Nintendo’s social media

The film is expected to take a grounded and cinematic approach, focusing on adventure and fantasy with rich visual storytelling. Rather than aiming for a cartoon style, the production is set to deliver an epic reimagining of Hyrule that honors the source material
